Hyper previous ticket in update tickets
If we won't be able to lengthen the time before we archive a ticket, can we have Irth hyperlink previous ticket's in the update tickets? So we can click on that ticket and be taken to it's history automatically in the Archive Search.
UtiliSphere has the ability to change the two things below:
1. We can change the amount of time before a ticket is archived
2. We can change it to only archive closed tickets
