Digsite polygons or bounding boxes are not always correct and for auditing purposes or litigation this would help to show exactly where personnel identified work location
This is currently a capability that UtiliShpere has. Your Administrator can create a form called: Ticket Work Location
They can link this form to a Ticket. Then you can create the Ticket Work Location, draw on a map and it will be linked to the ticket. Would this meet your needs?
We checked into this per your suggestion, Matt. You are indeed right that we can create our own forms and work items and then do as you've pointed out. However, Doug was referring to the ability to draw on an already existing ticket that is sent to us from the state one call centers - not on an internal ticket or work item that we create as a company. I think Doug has emailed you, but I'm adding clarity here as well - specifically for other readers.
